Agent Has Only a Few Days Left to Ignore Leads Before New Year’s Resolution Begins

SALINA, Ks. – Kansas real estate agent Tammy Whitby is counting down the days until she can finally stop ignoring her buyer and seller leads, and start 2019 with a bang.

“I’m going to make 2019 the best year ever!” Whitby wrote in a Facebook post. “It’s time to focus on getting ready to put in the work to take my business to the next level! #lookingforward.”

Like many agents, Whitby’s New Year’s resolution includes implementing actual lead follow up, cold calling, door knocking, Facebook marketing, and working past clients and center-of-influences. However, unlike other agents, Whitby is committed to making her resolution work—at a minimum—through the first quarter of 2019.

When asked by her mother how she could possibly be any better than she is now, Whitby answered, “Consistency is key. You have to do the hard stuff today when there is nothing better to do. That way, when things start getting crazy in the spring, I’ll have a solid foundation to fall back on.”
